Indiana State Fair Wind Turbine
Green Way Supply installed a SkyStream 3.7 Wind Turbine across from the Normandy Barn in the northwest area of the Indiana State Fair Grounds. The 2.4-KWT turbine is mounted on a galvanized stainless steel mono pole. The generator and inverter are in the head of the unit and the AC power is fed into the utility service panel just to the south of the turbine. This unit has a wireless transmitter that relays performance data to a kiosk in the Normandy Barn. Data includes current power generation as well as historical power performance and wind conditions. This is a typical residential or light commercial product and installation.
